Spaces that

have always
lived there.

We design residential interiors with a layered, considered hand — drawn from history, grounded in craft, and built to last.

A Tradition of Cultivated Craft

The craftsmen who built the great homes of the last century understood something we are only beginning to remember — that a home built with intention, from honest materials, by careful hands, will outlast almost anything we might build in its place today. My family is Irish, from upstate New York — people who built things, fixed things, and never confused speed for skill. My grandfather built furniture the way the old masters did. My father has spent years restoring our family's 1906 Foursquare room by room, with a fidelity to the original craft that humbles you when you see it up close.

That is the tradition BLVD House works within. Not nostalgia — but a genuine belief that the old masters knew things worth preserving are the ones built with care enough to last.
